William “Billy” Howard

Deaths  William “Billy” Howard, former president of Standard Electric Machinery Service, died Dec. 21. He was 91. Mr. Howard attended Auburn University, completing a Masters degree in electrical engineering with honors. In 1947 he joined Standard Electric Machinery Service, a company founded by his father in 1922 and eventually became the company’s president. An obituary is in the February 2015 issue of Electrical Apparatus.  By Josh Hoff
